the conditions for qualification

Candidates must fulfil the following conditions in order to be eligible for Sasol Bursary Programmes:

Bursaries for regular degree programmes are provided for a specific period of time.

Individuals enrolled in or planning to enrol in a "5-year study" If you continue to apply and we later find out that you have committed to a 5-year programme or intend to do so, the bursary will be cancelled or terminated with immediate effect.

Even if a student does not plan to apply for a second, third, or fourth-year bursary, the aforementioned requirements must be met.

Please refrain from submitting an application if you have ever dropped a class, skipped a module, or cancelled a module, all of which would have added a year to the study period and made it a 5- or 6-year study period.

Students must enrol full-time at an established, recognised university in South Africa.

For example, UNISA, which describes itself as a university offering distant learning, does not accept new students. Also read more informationhttps://www.scholarsplug.com.ng/2023/06/scholarships-for-international-students.html?m=1

Examples include combining a B.Sc. in chemistry with a degree in chemical engineering, earning a B.Eng. in mechatronics, or earning a B.Sc. in environmental and geology, among others.

Students should be informed that any changes to the information provided during the application process, during a potential interview for a bursary, or at any other time will void the application or award.

If an applicant provides false information during the application process and Sasol learns of this information later due to a potential fraudulent act, whether intentional or unintentional, with immediate effect, the invitation for the additional selection process, the bursary offer, or the bursary will be withdrawn/terminated.

Last but not least, you must be able to complete the pertinent degree programme within the minimal and typical time limit specified, which is typically 4 years for a B.Eng./B.Sc. engineering degree.

The Entry Level Training Programme (ELTP) 2023 for African Graduates with Access Bank is also pertinent.
